VIII. PRODUCT ORDERING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders placed through the e-shop www.shamashcandlestudio.com constitute distance sales contracts, which are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as it is currently in force) and the amendments referred to in PD 131/2003 (OGG A’ 116/16.05.2003) and Decision 31619 OGG 969/22.3.2017, as well as the adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Directive 93/13/EEC of the Council and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and repealing Directive 85/577/EEC of the Council and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, which was published in the Official Journal of the European Union, with number L 304 of 22.11.2011, as it came into force on 13/06/2014.

The user has the right to place a valid order through the e-shop, provided they are legally capable of doing so in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code . Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. Our company reserves the right to demand the return from the supervising guardian of any orders made by legally incapacitated persons.

X. RETURNS/ EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to return one or more defective products of your order , you can do so within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order by contacting info@shamashcandlestudio.com.
