🌿 Returns for Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help. In accordance with Greek and EU consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a free-of-charge return only in the case of defective goods.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the defect or damage
Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process and ensure the product is replaced or repaired at no additional cost to you, as required by law.
💸 Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than product defects. As a small artisan studio, each item is made in limited batches, and we take pride in our craftsmanship. For this reason, all sales are final unless the product is faulty.
